 which can include lace or needlework tours, or an antique lace tea party. 

 If you wish to attend one of the events, but do not see any dates listed, please do contact us, as we may have dates available that are not yet listed.

Attending an Event

These events are for everyone, and no prior knowledge of antique textiles is required. The information given is geared to ‘beginners’ in this subject, but textile collectors, needleworkers and lace makers will hopefully also enjoy the events and their subject matter. The purpose of these events is to share our enjoyment of antique textiles, their beauty and history, whilst looking at examples of these fascinating antique works.

Children

These events are not really suitable for young children or infants. Older children (a minimum age of 12 is suggested) may attend with a parent or guardian. A  ticket must be purchased for each child and, as places are limited, we are unable to offer a discount in the ticket price for minors.

Bookings

The number of attendees for each Tour is currently limited to approximately 10 per event, so please do book early to secure your place. If you find that there is only 1 ticket still available for an event, and you need 2 tickets, please do contact us, as we will create one extra ticket in this instance.

If you try to book a particular date and find it fully booked, then please do contact us, to be put on a waiting list, in case of cancellations.
